• On the A81 motorway Paris-Le Mans-Rennes : Exit 1 « Sablé », after the toll booth take a right on the local road D4 toward « Ste Suzanne » continue for 1,3 mile to meet the main road D357 ; take a left on the road toward « Laval - st Denis d’Orques ».
  On the main road D357 that links Le Mans with Rennes, after 3 miles you will arrive at the hamlet of St Denis d’Orques. Then follow the signs that will guide you to the Water Mill 1.3 mile down the road on the left.

• Coming from Brittany or Laval following the main road D357, after having entered in the Sarthe district -the home of the famous 24 hours car race of Le Mans- take a right just after entering the hamlet of Saint Denis d’Orques. 1.3 mile down the road we will welcome you and your family or friends.
